SFTerracotta.com is now being held hostage by
Enom.com sucks Enom.com has imposed unauthorized charges on my credit card account for an unauthorized renewal of my domain names (ziendan.com, ziendan.net, sfterracotta.com, sfterracotta.net) even though they will not expire until November 2011. I reversed the charge because it had been automatically charged into my a credit card account via a company that I never recognized or ever authohorized. I then had my domain names to be transferred to GoDaddy.com but enom.com has locked my account and refused to provide me with the authorization codes for the transer nor let me to access my account to complete the transaction. Enom.com also forces me to pay a total of $148 to settle the dispute. I believe that I have been unfairly treated and bullied by enom.com's illegal and really bad business practice. And I think that many other domain name holders have also been held hostage by the same tactics by enom.com. Click here for a testimony.
